Inside Sales

Location: Hyderabad (Remote for next 6Months) 

Experience Level: 4-9 Years

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

The role we are currently looking for is for ambitious people who thrive in energetic environments to become successful company representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating leads is the key criteria. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Organizing leads and thorough follow up on the leads.
  •  Tracking leads through the entire sales cycle.
  •  Coordinate with the prospects and the front-end team and set up business meetings.
  •  Conduct secondary research and collate relevant information and capture the information in the
    prospect formats.
  •  Facilitate prospective client meetings and presentations.
  •  Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations.
    Skills
  • Persistence and diligence to ‘go the extra mile’.
  • Articulate in both verbal and written presentation.
  • Impeccable command over language /interpersonal in face to face as well as written communication
  • Ability to build credibility with the audience.
  • Must have natural business acumen in order to qualify an opportunity.
  • A self-starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations.
  • Organized and meticulous in maintaining leads and follow ups.
  • Making outbound sales calls is an integral part of this role, and the candidate should be open to the
    idea of connecting with multiple customers in a day.

Our recruitment process  

  • Initial interview: 30 minutes  
  • Take-home assignment: 1-2 hours, maximum.  
  • Values and culture-fit interview: 30 minutes  
  • One final goal setting interview: 30 minutes  
  • Hopefully, an offer of a job or contract: however long it takes you to read the email
