Executive Assistant – C-level Executives (CEO, CFO, CTO):
Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote
Shift Timing: Up to 1 AM IST (to support US time zones)
Experience Required: 2–6 years
About the Role: We’re a fast-moving startup looking for a sharp, reliable Executive Assistant to work closely with our leadership team based across India and the US. This is a hands-on role where you’ll go beyond calendar management—you’ll help run meetings, track follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams and external US-based partners (e.g., accountants, legal, vendors), and make sure operational details are handled without needing constant oversight.
We need someone who thrives in a startup environment, works independently, and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Calendar and Schedule Management
Manage complex calendars, prioritizing appointments, board meetings, investor calls, and internal reviews.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them with minimal direction.
Coordinate recurring strategic meetings, off-sites, and quarterly business reviews.
2. Communication and Stakeholder Liaison
Serve as a gatekeeper and communication bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, and leadership teams.
Draft and manage high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain a professional and diplomatic tone in all communications.
3. Board and Investor Relations Support
Prepare briefing documents, board decks, and follow-up materials.
Ensure timely communication and documentation for board meetings.
Track key deliverables and follow-ups from board and executive meetings.
4. Travel and Itinerary Management
Plan and execute high-level international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless transitions between meetings and locations.
Handle visa requirements, contingency planning, and expense reimbursements.
Coordinate with EA counterparts at partner organizations, vendors, or investors.
5. Executive Project Management
Track key projects, priorities, and action items on behalf of the executive.
Conduct research, prepare analysis, and provide decision-support material.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of executive priorities.
6. Meeting Preparation and Follow-up
Prepare agendas, talking points, and briefing notes.
Join meetings (when requested), take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
Maintain a record of key decisions, timelines, and strategic outcomes.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion
Handle sensitive company and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Understand and maintain ethical boundaries in all professional interactions.
Uphold the executive’s reputation and represent their interests with integrity.
Skills and Qualifications:
2–6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
Impeccable organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to bridge marketing execution and frontline
sales engagement. This role blends the functions of a Social Media Coordinator and a Sales
Development Representative (SDR). You will coordinate publication of media across multiple
brands and channels, manage inbound social and digital queries, and ensure that sales leads
and customer conversations receive timely, professional responses.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of content, communication, and customer

inbound leads and feeding opportunities into the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
● Social Media & Content Coordination
○ Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other
relevant channels.
○ Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with our corporate canon and style
guide.
○ Monitor performance analytics and recommend optimizations to increase
engagement.
○ Track content across multiple brands and business units to ensure coverage and
consistency.
● Inbound Lead & Query Management
○ Respond promptly to inbound messages, comments, and inquiries across all
channels.
○ Qualify inbound leads by assessing fit against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
criteria.
○ Route qualified opportunities into the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) with complete
and accurate data.
○ Maintain social media inboxes and ensure no customer message is left
unanswered.
● Sales & Marketing Operations Support
○ Coordinate with CEO on campaign execution and with sales on outreach
priorities.
○ Document common inbound questions, objections, and feedback to inform
messaging and campaigns.
○ Assist with creation of basic sales enablement content (email templates,
follow-up scripts).
○ Generate weekly reports on inbound activity, engagement metrics, and lead flow.
Tools & Systems
● Social Media Management: Buffer, Hootsuite, or equivalent scheduling tools
● Collaboration & Workflow: Slack, Asana, or equivalent project management platforms

Screening – Pre-Requisites
Based on our hiring model, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be
considered:
1. Industry Relevance – Prior experience in B2B SaaS or adjacent technology sectors.
2. Business Model Relevance – Exposure to a subscription-based SaaS business model
where revenue is driven by customer acquisition and retention (not consumer apps or
ad-driven models).
3. Core Competencies –
○ Strong written communication skills (content and inbox response).
○ Familiarity with professional social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
○ Experience with CRM data entry and lead management.
○ Demonstrated ability to work in fast-moving, multi-brand environments.
4. Initial Online Assessment – Must pass a lightweight assessment covering:
○ Written communication ability (sample responses to customer queries).
○ Domain knowledge (basic SaaS business model awareness).
○ Cognitive ability (structured thinking in scenario-based exercises).
Attributes for Success
● Highly responsive and disciplined with time management.
● Detail-oriented—able to track many conversations across multiple channels without dropping the ball.
● Strong curiosity about SaaS businesses and customer pain points.
● Able to maintain a confident, professional, yet approachable brand voice.
● Motivated by metrics: sees success in moving engagement, conversion, and pipeline numbers forward.
