Chief Of Staff

Job Title: Chief of Staff

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Chief of Staff (CoS) to support the COO and senior leadership team. The CoS will play a critical role in aligning strategic priorities, optimizing operational processes, and improving cross-functional communication across the organization.

Objectives of the Role:

  • Oversee Strategic Business Initiatives: Collaborates with senior leadership and department heads to drive strategic initiatives from development to successful execution.
  • Assist and Communicate with Executives: Aids in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation by working closely with top-tier executives.
  • Improve Organizational Structure: Reviews, designs, and executes improvements to the company’s structure, addressing knowledge and skills gaps.
  • Optimize Organizational Procedures: Enhances existing processes for greater efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison and Communication: Acts as a bridge between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the COO. Handles project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • HR Support: Assists HR with new hires, documentation, onboarding, and employee concerns.
  • Daily Operations Oversight: Collaborates with senior managers and department leaders. Manages calendars, correspondence, files, and corporate meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Develops strong relationships with all employees to enhance operational efficiency. Works on new operational strategies with the COO and other executives.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Handles inquiries, develops action plans, and leads initiatives across departments.
  • Plus Points: Knowledge of basic on-page SEO and/or experience with American ADA compliance standards is a bonus. A strong eagerness to ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve is highly valued.

    • Values and culture-fit interview: 30 minutes  
    • One final goal setting interview: 30 minutes
