The Opportunity: We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Research & Capital Associate who can independently manage the full lifecycle of research, investor communications, and capital tracking along with the financial modeling and tracking. You’ll work closely with the founder and oversee capital-related tasks independently to drive everything from market insights to LP memos — and help build the systems and templates that support future growth leveraging tools and AI.
- Conduct thematic research across sectors relevant to our investment strategy, such as emerging technologies, sectoral trends, and capital markets
- Write LP memos, investment briefs, and market insights aligned with our focus on secondaries, fund access, and founder-led opportunities
- Monitor movements in the venture ecosystem, emerging capital sources, and developments in private markets relevant to our strategy
LP Communication & Fund Materials
- Draft LP memos, deal updates, capital call notices, and fund performance reports
- Maintain reporting templates and dashboards to update investors regularly

End-to-End Capital Management

About the Role: We’re a fast-moving startup looking for a sharp, reliable Executive Assistant to work closely with our leadership team based across India and the US. This is a hands-on role where you’ll go beyond calendar management—you’ll help run meetings, track follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams and external US-based partners (e.g., accountants, legal, vendors), and make sure operational details are handled without needing constant oversight.
We need someone who thrives in a startup environment, works independently, and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Calendar and Schedule Management
Manage complex calendars, prioritizing appointments, board meetings, investor calls, and internal reviews.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them with minimal direction.
Coordinate recurring strategic meetings, off-sites, and quarterly business reviews.
2. Communication and Stakeholder Liaison
Serve as a gatekeeper and communication bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, and leadership teams.
